There are various benefits to getting your membership:

  • You can download the EAIR Monograph Series‘ Research, Policy and Practice in Higher Education’

  • You will receive the EAIR electronic ‘News Letter’ several times a year with information for and from members and also regular ‘News Alerts’ from the world of higher education

  • You’ll have the opportunity to be nominated and elected for positions within the Executive or other Committees and can express your opinion during the General Meeting, held annually during the Forum.

Membership fees

We offer three membership levels: Standard, Students and Emeritus ​
  • Standard membership is € 165 per annum.
    • ​
  • Student membership is open to any individual who is a student, in a full-time Higher Education programme. Students can apply for a discount of 50% and pay only € 82,50. A valid document certifying your student status will be required.
    • ​
  • Emeritus membership is open to any individual who is retired and has been a member of the Association for a minimum of four years preceding retirement. Emeritus members can apply for a discount of 33.3% and pay just € 110
Corporate members – In case of 5 or more regular members coming from one and the same institution or body, every 5th person will be granted a membership fee waiver, so pay for 4, get the 5th membership free!
